This is a marketing and information site describing Overtide's services. Nothing on it is a contract, a quote, or a guarantee of results. The ROI calculator on the homepage produces an illustrative estimate from the numbers you enter — it's a rough guide, not a forecast of what your agency will actually recover. Real pricing and scope are confirmed on a call and set out in a signed service agreement before any work begins.
You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to this site. You may not: scrape or systematically extract its content for another product or service, attempt to disrupt or overload it, misrepresent your identity when contacting us through it, or use it for anything unlawful. We can restrict or block access for anyone who doesn't follow these terms.
The text, design, logo, and mark on this site belong to Overtide Ltd unless stated otherwise, and aren't to be copied or reused without asking us first. Third-party marks referenced here (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, and others) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility, not endorsement.
This site uses a small number of third-party services to work — Google Fonts, our host Netlify, and Calendly for booking calls. Each is described, along with what data it sees, on our privacy & data notice. We aren't responsible for the content or availability of any third-party site we link to.

To the extent the law allows, Overtide Ltd isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. This section covers the website only — a signed service agreement has its own liability terms for the actual service.
Enquiring or booking a call through this site doesn't create a contract. The actual service — core Overtide's speed-to-lead work or the leadgen cold-email service — starts only once a service agreement is signed, and that agreement, not this page, governs the relationship from that point on.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
